Useful information for your stay at Resia Pass
Everything you need to know before and during your holiday
- The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumer Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.
- For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
- For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
- For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
- For cancellations within 7 to 1 day prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
- For cancellations on the day of arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
- In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.
- At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% via bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay. Alternatively, the total amount can be paid immediately via bank transfer.
- You are welcome to pay your bill by credit or debit card or in cash for amounts up to €4,999.
- Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in the apartments. Thank you for your understanding!You are welcome to spend your holiday at the campsite with your four-legged friends.

- On the day of arrival, your apartment will be available from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 10:30 a.m. Please settle your bill the day before to avoid any stress on the day of departure. Our reception is open daily from 10 a.m. Would you like to stay a little longer? No problem, you are welcome to use our facilities on the day of departure – changing rooms and showers are also available for your use.Your parking space at the campsite is available from 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11:30 a.m. on the day of departure. Please settle your bill the day before to avoid any stress on the day of departure. Our reception is open daily from 10:00 a.m.
- You are welcome to dine à la carte in our restaurant right next to the campsite at lunchtime and in the evening. We kindly ask you to reserve a table in the evening. We are also happy to provide you with small delicacies such as coffee and cake, homemade ice cream, or an aperitif throughout the day.
