Useful information for your stay at Resia Pass
Everything you need to know before and during your holiday
- The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumer Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.
- For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
- For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
- For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
- For cancellations within 7 to 1 day prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
- For cancellations on the day of arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
- In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.
- At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% via bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay. Alternatively, the total amount can be paid immediately via bank transfer.

- Unfortunately, no animals are allowed in the apartments. Thank you for your understanding!You are welcome to spend your holiday at the campsite with your four-legged friends.

- Am Tag der Anreise steht Ihnen Ihr Apartment ab 15 Uhr zur Verfügung. Am Tag der Abreise bitten wir Sie, Ihr Apartment bis 10:30 Uhr zu räumen. Begleichen Sie Ihre Rechnung gerne bereits am Vortag, um am Abreisetag Stress zu vermeiden. Unsere Rezeption ist täglich ab 10 Uhr für Sie geöffnet. Sie möchten noch etwas länger bleiben? Kein Problem, gerne können Sie am Abreisetag unsere Anlage noch nutzen – auch Umkleidekabinen und Duschen stehen Ihnen gerne zur Verfügung.Ihr Stellplatz ab dem Campingplatz kann am Anreisetag ab 12 Uhr bezogen werden und sollte am Abreisetag innerhalb 11:30 Uhr geräumt werden. Begleichen Sie Ihre Rechnung gerne bereits am Vortag, um am Abreisetag Stress zu vermeiden. Unsere Rezeption ist täglich ab 10 Uhr für Sie geöffnet.
- Gerne können Sie mittags wie abends in unserem Restaurant direkt am Campingplatz à la carte speisen. Abends bitten wir Sie um Tischreservierung. Außerdem versorgen wir Sie hier den ganzen Tag gerne mit kleinen Köstlichkeiten wie Kaffee und Kuchen, hausgemachtem Eis oder einem Aperitif.
